By accessing or purchasing from the Velro website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products

All jewellery listed on Velro is imitation / fashion jewellery unless expressly stated otherwise. Images are for representation; colours, stone brilliance and plating may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

2. Pricing and offers

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. Coupons and promotions are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may cancel or refuse orders in cases of stock unavailability, obvious pricing errors, incomplete information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order, eligible amounts will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Payment

Payment may be made via available prepaid methods (such as UPI/cards) or Cash on Delivery where enabled at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact details.

5. Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates (typically 3–7 business days). Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure address and phone details are correct.

6. Intellectual property

Site content — including photography, copy, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Velro and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our liability related to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
